The bed and breakfast is located on the first floor of a 1400s building, to reach the first floor there are about 40 steps to climb.

The location was perfect for Florence. Bang in the centre, it was close to everything then city has to offer.

Wonderful

This location is amazing! It is right in the city center next to the Duomo. We loved the convenience of getting here from the train as well as the convenience of being close to pretty much everything in Florence. Everything is within a 20 minute walk. The staff went above and beyond. When we first arrived they left us some little treats, one being these Pringles I've never had and when I told the guy at the reception I loved them a full can appeared in my room the next day!! So sweet. They also left a couple of treats in the room daily. Also, the included breakfast was awesome!

It was a little loud at night since it was in the center of the city but there is nothing you can do about that. It was worth dealing with!! Bring a sound machine for sleeping at night and you'll be good!

Perfection. Will stay again

Amazing location with views of the Dumo palace . Room absolutely stunning with beautiful wine , salami and crackers on arrival . Cold water and juice , freshly baked pastries…amazing pastries. eduardo is the perfect host who goes above and beyond being helpful. Everything is possible. 20/10 score here.

Прекрасный отель! Федерико был на связи до нашего приезда, объяснил, как добраться и где можно припарковать машину. Несмотря на расположение в самом центре, в номере тихо. Даже музыкальное шоу под окнами не мешает отдыху. Ну и конечно же вид с балкона - эту красоту невозможно описать словами! Завтраки с видом на просыпающуюся площадь стали одним из самых запоминающихся впечатлений из Флоренции. Сами завтраки очень вкусные - выпечка потрясающая, всегда свежие фрукты и ароматный кофе. Очень рекомендую этот отель!

Very good location for walking to the city. Not so good to sleep.

Perfect view, close to all attractions.

Not a good sleep because of the very central location :) circus artist is playing music and shouting until 00:00. Streets are cleaned with vacuum vehicles from 5:00, church bells start ringing at 6:00.

After staying in many hotels, and receiving poor service, we decided enough was enough and decided to step away and try

Everything, the place is truly amazing and the owner Edoardo was so helpful and gracious. The size of the room with its ultra heigh ceilings and it’s rustic/antique furniture couple together with a massive modern bathroom I have to say was hard to beat. The view from our window was an in the pictures and the location could not have been better.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike

Exceptional

A wonderful stay right near the Duomo. Huge room! Very comfortable bed and linens. And wonderful breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Our hosts were fabulous and very kind and helpful. We loved the history of the place and charm of the entire experience. The best part was using the water cooler to fill our water bottles daily complimentary. And the lovely spirits for a little night cap all on the house. Would definitely recommend for those that want to be in the heart of the action and close to all the key sights Florence offers.

One of the best kept secrets in Florence - you would not know it was there - but inside stunning rooms, great air-com an

Fantastic location - when you approach the property from outside it does not look very appealing ( it is 15th Century!) but never judge a book by its cover. Once inside there is a great welcome and our room was fantastic - we had a balcony view of the Duomo - and the room was very big for central Florence - it had been recently renovated and while retaining the period features (vaulted ceiling (very tall) with a stunning chandelier new double glazed windows and doors and shutters) it had all modern conveniences and fantastic air-con. The B&B was set up perfectly, you could come and go as you wanted and had codes to get in, the rooms were kept very clean and breakfast was served in your room (you had to order the day before) and it was very well presented and everything was fresh and very tasty. Our room was Number 5 and it was fabulous and was close to all the major attractions - if you want a fantastic room with the best view in Florence and then want to go out and explore then this is got you. If you want to hang around your hotel, want a pool or bar or roof terrace - this is probably not for you. We loved our 5 days in Florence and the staff were fantastic - they organised a hairdresser for my wife, taxi’s, showed us where to go and could not have been better. Brilliant - loved it!

The outside appeal is non existent but you are looking out, not in. The Duomo bells are very close and can occasionally wake you up - in a nice way - not like an alarm clock - and you go back to sleep quickly. Some slightly bigger bottles of body wash for the shower. But these are very minor issues.

Apartment owner was nice and extremely friendly. Breakfast was served in the room, where you could choose from the numbers of options the day before (also a time slot). The view was fantastic, also, i do recommend to take an option with a balcony, so that you can have a marvelous breakfast time.

Honestly this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in and would highly recommend to anyone. Eduardo was fantastic, so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room is exquisite with attention paid to even the tiniest of details. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The view of the Duomo is amazing from the balcony too! The breakfast is great too with eggs cooked to your request; as well as croissants, fruit, coffees etcc and we were able to eat our breakfast outside on the balcony each morning. The location is great too, right in the middle or everything and able to walk to all attractions. There are also car parks 5 minutes walk away if you do rent a car which we did also. If we visit Florence again will definitely be back!!

The stay was extremely pleasant.

The location was great and the room was very pleasant and comfortable, as well as very clean. The staff was very nice.
